Pond Supply

I am going to make a pond somewhere in the future and i want to know if this is a good plan
I want a pond for 1-2 comet goldfish is this all the items that I need to grow a pond
( i am going to make this pond where there is RARELY any sunlight ( to prevent algae and getting a uv filter)

I am going to buy this kit (90 dollars)

I am also going to buy Pond Water Conditioner and a cycle product and wait a month to add fish. I am also maybe going to add a Hydro Pond Sponge Filter connected to a Air pump rated for 100 g.

Is this pond kit come with EVERYTHING i need to make a pond? All i have to do is a dig a hole to fit the liner and secure the liner, install the filter that it comes with, cycle the pond, and add fish??
I will change a few gallons of water each week by a bucket
